Spots remain open for the 4th annual Financing Real Estate Today event tomorrow at the Arizona Biltmore, presented by Belfiore Real Estate Consulting.
Residential and commercial real estate and finance leaders will assemble to discuss the topic: “Financing the Next Building Boom.”
A discussion on the role lending is playing in a now booming housing market will be followed by two panel discussions:
- What real estate segments are still distressed?
- Where are the deals, and how do I access debt and/or equity?
Jim Belfiore will offer a presentation on Arizona housing — rising mortgage eligibility, rising traffic and rising purchases.
Distress in the Eighth Inning (How is this going to play out) will feature Mike Klein, managing director, Partners Capital Solutions; Tim Terrill, COO, Walton Development; and Michael Smalley, director of transactional real estate and project finance, Rose Law Group.
Unlocking Project Capital (Who has capital and how to get it) will feature JP Dahdah, CEO, Vantage Self-Directed Retirement Plans; Theordore Karatz, vice president, GTIS Partners; Mike Whalen, vice president, Sterns Bank; and David Susank, senior vice president, Johnson Capital.
The event runs from 2-6 p.m. with a networking event included.
