The $1.67M, 1.68-acre site broke ground in January. The 8,068 SF educational center will be the first Goddard School in the West Valley. In addition to the school, a 5,798 SF retail center is being developed. Estimated completion for the project is 3Q09. Brokerage firm is Don Bennett & Associates.
