Size: 759,000 SF

The first transit-oriented development featuring 408 apartment units wrapped around an 860-space parking garage, which includes 300 dedicated park-and-ride spaces for the light rail station. Construction completion in August; subcontractors include DRH Electric, KCAC, P-Cruz plastering, JDB Paint and Paramount Iron.
