The retail power center will be broken into two phases: Phase I includes a 9-acre strip anchored by L.A. Fitness, scheduled to finish in 2009; Phase II is comprised of 22 acres of majors, shop space and pads, and is scheduled to finish sometime in 2010. Broker: Diversified Partners
